Obviously Bill hasn't read 1984, in which Big Brother enforces behavior modification through surveillance and newspeak (you know, terms like "behavior modification" and "e-mail compliance").]
It's 82 degrees in San Francisco, which, for those of who have not been here, never happens. Tonight's plan of action:
