- Mission of Burma atThe Fillmore, June 9 (Old men can still rock)
- Whysall Lane at The Ritespot, October?, (Acoustic-style pop goodness by candlelight)
- The Pixies at Freeborn Hall, UC Davis, April 29 (All the missteps just made it better)
- Hot Snakes atGAMH & Slim's, October 3 & October 30, (The greatest live rock band in the world today)
- PJ Harvey at The Catalyst, Santa Cruz, August 20 (Finally, finally got to see her live. The Catalyst is fairly intimate, despite their no-photo nazis, and she rocked it.)
